Return Window We have a 30-day return policy you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• 📦 Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• ⚠️ Damaged, defective, or wrong item received we'll cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pawsifypets.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
