Refunds & Returns Policy

At PawsiFypets, we want to ensure that you and your pet have a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
• Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, pet hair, or alteration.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) with tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your receipt or order number.
• Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, personalized items, or pet hygiene products (such as opened treats or grooming tools). We also do not accept returns on sale items or hazardous materials.

3. Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Request Authorization: Contact our support team at info@pawsifypets.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Instructions: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization via email with the specific address for your return shipment.
3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely and clearly include your Order Number inside the package.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.
• Sizing, Colour, or Change of Mind: We provide detailed sizing guides and measurements in every product description it is the customer's responsibility to review these carefully before purchasing. If you ordered the wrong size, wrong colour, or changed your mind, we will accept the return within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@pawsifypets.com within 48 hours with photo or video evidence. We will investigate and, if approved, arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Inspection and Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
• Approval: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Bank Processing: Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@pawsifypets.com.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

9. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
PawsiFypets reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of our return policy, or if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria upon inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts.
