At Pawsify Pets, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

We reserve the right to decline any claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient proof.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

1. Email us at info@pawsifypets.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

3. Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after ordering

• The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete

• The order is still in transit and within the estimated delivery window

• The product arrived later than expected due to shipping delays out of our control

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@pawsifypets.com. We will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) if the package is confirmed lost.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed, as they are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed back to your original payment method

• It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
