Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select international countries.

Processing Time

Processing Time All orders require 1-3 business days processing time before shipment, regardless of shipping method selected.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

 United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-12 days total (FREE)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 days when available through our US warehouses ($5.99)

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 11-15 days total (includes processing + transit time)

International:

  • Delivery times vary by destination country
  • Most international orders: 10-15 days average

Express Shipping Availability Express shipping depends on product availability in our US warehouses. If your product isn't stocked in our US facilities, your order will automatically use our standard fulfillment method regardless of shipping option selected.

Shipping Cost Structure Shipping costs are calculated per product based on weight and destination. Multiple products may ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

Express Shipping Refund Policy If you paid for express shipping but your product ships via standard method due to warehouse availability, we offer:

  • Partial refund of express shipping fee
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Discount code as goodwill gesture

  • All timeframes include processing + shipping time
  • Products may ship from different warehouses based on availability
  • Tracking information provided for all orders

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. This allows us to speed up delivery by using multiple fulfillment locations.

Tracking Information


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays and Responsibilities

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Customs clearance procedures in your country
• Carrier or postal service disruptions
• Natural disasters or weather-related issues

Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at the time of order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you may be charged for reshipping.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping date, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for support.

Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your local regulations. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
