1. Processing Time

Once you place an order and your payment is successfully processed, our team begins preparing your items. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During this time, we verify item availability, perform quality checks, and carefully package your order for shipment.

Note for International Customers: To keep our prices low and shipping free, orders are dispatched from our global fulfillment center. Please be aware that local import taxes, VAT, or postal handling fees (typically €2–€5 in the EU) may be collected by your local customs office or courier upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Method

We work with a network of reliable shipping carriers to ensure secure delivery. Every shipment is fully tracked for your peace of mind.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders (Rest of World), please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs clearance process. Pawsify is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery  these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after the label is created.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Pawsify cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

In the rare event that a package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package or arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
